Larry Franklin Potter, age 60, died Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at Dosher Memorial Hospital in Southport.
Mr. Potter was born in Brunswick County on September 15, 1949, son of the late Franklin Leroy Potter and Faye Payne Potter. He loved fishing and being outdoors.
Survivors include his daughter Jade Potter of Southport; sister Linda Kelley of Southport; three grandchildren Ryan, Addison, and Averie; and a longtime companion Glenna Clemmons of Southport.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, February 5, 2010 at the chapel of Peacock-Newnam & White Funeral Service in Southport.
