When I’d see them, I always thought of the two Sellers sisters as a “couple”, and that couple; coupled to the history, and the people who once peopled that history, of our Southport/Smithville, Brunswick County area.
I shall not only miss the Sellers sisters, but also their knowledge of our forefathers (and foremothers) before them, that they so gladly told us so much about.
Now the two, they too; become part of that history, and one with our once peoples of this area, of earlier eras.
What a privilage to have known the Sellers sisters; to have known them, was to know the heritage of these, here-abouts.
